康明斯柴油發動機發電機組運行中突然停機熄火的故障分析與排除

　　發動機在運轉中突然熄火是指發動機工作時，在未松開油門的情況下，非駕駛員操作因素而急速熄火，熄火后不能再起動的現象。該現象一般為機械故障所致。

　　柴油機運轉中突然熄火主要是由噴油泵斷油故障引起的，其次才是發動機內部卡死所致。當遇到此現象時，首先檢查噴油泵是否轉動和供油。

　?、?用起動機帶動發動機，若能正常轉動，觀察噴油泵凸輪軸是否轉動，若轉動正常，說明噴油泵有故障。應檢查操縱機構的工作是否正常?？砂鈩佑烷T桿件查看操縱臂、操縱軸的聯接是否良好。

　　發動機在油門不松開的情況下緩慢熄火，一般是由供油不及時或供油中斷引起的。其表現為發動機運轉中漸漸無力，最后自動熄火。

　　① 首先檢查油箱是否有油、油箱蓋通氣閥門是否暢通。

　?、?擰松噴油泵放氣螺釘，用手油泵泵油，觀察放氣螺釘處的流油情況。若無油流出即是油路堵塞，應逐段檢查、排除。若柴油以噴柱形狀射出，則說明油路暢通。若放氣螺釘處有氣泡冒出，則是管路中進入空氣，應查明油管各接頭是否擰緊、管路有無裂紋或磨穿，并排除所發現的問題。

　　③若油流中無氣泡，可將手油泵回位固定，使用起動機帶動發動機轉動泵油，若仍無油流出，說明輸油泵有故障。

If the bleeder screws at the bubbles, is entering the air pipeline, should identify the tubing joints are tightened, the pipeline has no crack or wear, and the exclusion of the problems found.
